General Information At supertricktechnologies.com, we may use a site analysis tool to help us understand how customers use our site so that we can enhance their browsing experience. The information we would collect, if we did use this technology, is not specific to an individual user. The various types of generic information collected include but are not limited to: Previous ip address Path followed Type of browser Type of browsing platform Pages accessed Length of time on those pages Current ip address and location Registration information that is collected when customers register with our site includes: Customer name E-mail address User id and password Billing address and telephone number Shipping address and telephone number Federal tax id or duns number ( commercial account only) Your customer credit card/debit card information will not be stored for any reason by STI. The only accounts that we carry are commercial net 30 licensed business accounts only. These accounts are subject to STI approval. We may use stored customer data to help us administer the site by analyzing statistics combined with customer feedback to provide improved content and quality. Security Issues Making sure our customers feel secure is a top priority at STI. We must point out that customers are ultimately responsible for the maintaining of secrecy of their user id and password. STI is committed to our customer's needs and is continually working toward setting and improving the security of our sites. All sensitive information remains on our security server (128-bit SSL system) and will never be transmitted. Information Use and Sharing The information that is gathered by STI is primarily for improving the site and noting more. STI does not share, sell, or give out your information to anyone or to any organization for any reason. And, STI does not use any third-party (outside sources) in any part of your transactions with us other than the credit card company. All incoming orders (website and telephone) are received by our own in-house sales staff and are kept strictly confidential. When you have a transaction with STI, there are only three (3) companies involved; the first is STI, the second is your credit/debit card company, and the third is the freight company of your choice. Patriot Act Notice United states federal law requires all financial institutions and businesses that issues a line of credit to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person(s) who opens an account, including person(s) name, corporate officers names (if business is a corporation), business address, owners home address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to verify your identity. This is strictly for licensed business accounts that are making business purchases through STI net 30 payment plan only. STI does not have any charge account programs for private individuals.
